Let Your Heart Rest Where Your Feet Are, and the Path Grows Light

The weather is beautiful today.
I set aside what I was doing
and took a slow walk along the stream.

The sound of the water flowed beside me.
The wind moved through the leaves.
My feet met the ground, step by step,
and almost without noticing, my heart grew lighter and more joyful.

I had prepared nothing in advance.
I was simply walking and listening,
and a passage of Light Language naturally began to flow from my body.

This time, the sound of the stream was there too.
Together with my footsteps and the wind,
it became part of the improvisation.

And I realised: when the heart rests where the feet are,
the path really does grow lighter.

Today, I return from the mind to being.
