Some Answers Take Time to Emerge
Today, I saw more clearly where my anxiety comes from. It is not only about changes in my body. More deeply, it comes from my need for certainty.
When I understand the reason behind something and know what to do next, I can settle quite quickly. But when things are still unclear — when I cannot tell whether I am doing the right thing or where the road ahead may lead — my mind begins to analyse, rehearse possibilities, and check everything again and again. I worry that I may have missed something important, or that one wrong step might lead everything in the wrong direction. It is as if I must find an answer immediately before I can allow myself to feel at ease.
But today, I am willing to acknowledge that some answers do not appear right away. Some changes only become clear with time. Some paths reveal where they lead only after we have walked them for a while. I no longer need to force myself to decide everything now, nor do I need every step to be perfectly right.
Analysis is not my enemy. It is simply trying very hard to protect me, trying to find a safe way through. So now I say to it gently: Thank you. You have worked very hard. You can rest for a while. A question can remain unanswered for now, and I can still breathe, still live, and stay grounded in this moment.
May this piece of Light Language move through my fear of the unknown, my attachment to certainty, and the part of me that is afraid of making mistakes.
Today, I do not need to solve everything. I am simply practising how to stay with myself while the answer has not yet arrived.
Today, I return from the mind to being.
